Kambiz Karimi, MD

Dr. Kambiz Vincent Karimi is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. His subspecialty focus is Hospitalist Medicine, where he has over twenty years of clinical experience as a hospitalist physician in Orange County, providing truly expert care for patients with complex medical problems in the inpatient and acute care settings.

He is well loved at many local hospitals, especially at Saddleback Memorial Hospital, where he has received multiple Guardian Angel Awards, all nominated by patients grateful for exceptional care. He has also received numerous patient care empathy and communication awards as well as the prestigious St. Joseph Health System, Mission Hospital Commitment to Excellence Award. For ten years, Dr. Karimi served as Chair of the Saddleback Memorial Hospital Ethics Committee, underscoring his status as a trustworthy leader in patient safety and quality and in healthcare equity. Dr. Karimi is caring, kind and an exceptional listener.

Dr. Karimi loves spending his free time being active and traveling with his family. He especially loves visiting all the unique national parks in our beautiful country.
